Please note that Agra Rugs & Handicrafts specializes in artisanal products. Minor variations in weave, texture, and shading (abrash) are not considered defects but are hallmarks of a genuine hand-knotted rug. Returns based on these natural characteristics will be treated as standard returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/Bespoke Rugs: Rugs made to specific size or design requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
- Gift Cards.
4. Returns Process

- Packaging: The rug must be rolled (never folded) and wrapped securely in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic.
